NAESTRO coordinates the trajectory. MIND-Intent, MIND, 512-MIND, Arch-MIND and the surrounding systems give contracts, computation, authority, structural review and continuity distinct places in that work.

Memory, capability routing and orchestration.
Governance and review
Authorization, structural checks and evidence.
From intent to evidence
The ecosystem architecture separates proposing a program, establishing its supported properties, authorizing an action and executing it. A checked computation still needs the applicable authority decision. Rejected or unresolved proposals return for revision; a refused action does not execute.
THE ADMISSION PATHSix boundaries. One reviewable path.Architecture model · support is established for each integration.
Establishment checks supported semantics. Authorization determines what may proceed. Evidence preserves the decision and outcome.
ARCHITECTURE HORIZON
One semantic core. Many execution edges.
MIND is the substrate direction for turning intent, existing systems and formal specifications into typed, verifiable computation. NAESTRO coordinates the surrounding trajectory; each target adapter still needs its own support and evidence.

Quantum paths retain uncertainty. Repeatable circuits and classical control can be specified; stochastic measurement is reported as a statistical contract, not bit identity.
Architecture horizon · target families and adapters are a direction of travel, not a claim that every substrate is currently available.
Components and current work
These components are at different implementation stages. The role and current scope of each are listed together.
Intent / contract
MIND-Intent
Commercial
The design takes a goal and its constraints through a reviewable IntentSpec to a Contract IR boundary, before solving, checking or refusing a plan. It keeps computational intent distinct from an agent’s economic commitment. The contract architecture and examples are documented; the parser, analyzers and Flow integration remain implementation work.
Implementation planned
Establishment / compilation
MIND
Public
The language and compiler connect typed computation, canonical IR, supported verification procedures and target-specific execution. Deterministic output claims belong to a defined workload, arithmetic contract and tested target set. Native independence and broader target coverage remain active compiler work.
The governance layer evaluates supplied evidence, invariants and policy at the admission boundary. Parties or their agents agree terms upstream; witness recording and downstream settlement have separate responsibilities. Governance modules exist, with compiler and native execution integration still in progress.
Integration in progress
Architecture / review
Arch-MIND
Commercial
Architecture scanning combines fixed-point metrics, rules and evidence-chain tooling to make structural change reviewable. Parser coverage includes Python, TypeScript, Go and Rust, with a separate targeted MIND reflection path. Support for all programming languages through explicit adapters, and pure-MIND self-hosting, remain roadmap work.
More languages planned
Composition / graphs
MIND-Flow
Commercial
Flow develops the typed execution-graph layer that the MIND-Intent design is intended to produce. Graph definitions and composition are distinct from a running workflow; native execution and the CLI-to-runtime bridge remain integration work.
Native bridge pending
Identity / capabilities
MIND-Agents
Commercial
Agent components describe identity, capabilities, permissions and governed commitments. Computational contracts and economic commitments stay distinct, so a model’s proposed action does not grant itself authority. Runtime integration remains in development.
Integration in progress
Continuity / retrieval
MIND-Mem
Public
Persistent memory, retrieval and a propose–review–apply workflow carry context across sessions. Provenance, contradiction handling and retrieval receipts support inspection of what was remembered or changed, within the documented configuration and evaluation scope.
Intent classification narrows a large skill and tool library to relevant candidates. This preselection keeps working context bounded while NAESTRO coordinates the continuing trajectory.
Shared evidence interfaces connect computation, decisions and retained records. An evidence record describes what its producer observed; independent verification and operational trust require an explicit verifier and deployment contract. Adapter coverage varies.

Model architecture / research
RFN-MIND
Commercial
A research prototype investigates field-based computation, persistent memory and long-context model architectures in MIND. Its empirical benchmark ladder remains open. Within the intent-to-action architecture, a model supplies proposals; the establishment and authorization decisions remain outside the model.
Validation pending
Research / evaluation
MIND-Lab
Commercial
Research workflows organize proposals, experiments, failed attempts, retained results and review. They support investigation around the ecosystem with explicit evidence and acceptance boundaries.

The 512-MIND integration direction
In the integration design, people or delegated agents agree the constraints upstream. NAESTRO carries that scope through the workflow; 512-MIND evaluates whether a requested action is admissible under the supplied constraints. It does not negotiate the agreement or invent its terms.
For governed retrieval, MIND-Mem serves an admitted request and CVS records the event. Aggregation and settlement remain downstream responsibilities. Evidence recording does not authorize an action or cause a payment.
The roadmap also separates the original canonical 512 commitment, the evolving implementation identity and the MIND artifact identity. Binding those identities into runtime verdicts and independently verifiable receipts remains integration work, alongside compiler and target support.
NAESTRO is a proprietary commercial product of STARGA, Inc. Much of the MIND ecosystem is also commercially licensed. Public documentation, examples and selected open-source components sit alongside commercially licensed software. Licensing, access and deployment terms are defined for each component.
The architecture separates CVS as an independent evidence system from MIND Witness, its proposed MIND-specific adapter. MIND-Evidence provides a separate shared-envelope and verification-tooling layer. A common record format alone does not establish witness independence.
The integration direction is explicit: MIND identifies the artifact or transition, the adapter supplies its context, and the witness records observations for independent verification. 512-MIND owns admissibility; downstream systems own settlement. These interfaces are integration work, rather than a claim of one completed witness deployment.
Composition, with clear boundaries
MIND-Intent’s design produces computational contracts ahead of Flow graphs. MIND-Agents supplies the agent identity and commitment model. 512-MIND evaluates the supplied governance constraints. MIND-Mem carries context, MIND-Nerve selects relevant capabilities, and Arch-MIND makes architectural changes reviewable.
NAESTRO holds the continuing workflow around these interfaces. The contract, compiler checks, authority decision, structural observations and execution evidence remain distinguishable, so a result can be examined at the boundary that produced it.
