STARGA, Inc. operates naestro.ai. NAESTRO is our proprietary commercial product. This policy describes how we handle personal information in connection with this public website and inquiries you send us about NAESTRO.

This website presents product information, documentation and browser demonstrations. It does not provide a customer account, checkout or live agent execution service. Licensed software, pilots and customer deployments may involve different data processing; their applicable agreements and privacy notices describe that processing. This policy does not replace those agreements.

Information you send us. If you contact us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any name, company, contact details or attachments you choose to provide. Our contact links open your email application; they do not submit a form through this website. Please share only information needed for your inquiry.

Website requests. Our hosting and delivery provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, requested page, request time, browser information and response or security events. The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Hosting infrastructure may process this information even when no cookie is stored in your browser.

Interactive examples. The public trajectory and benchmark views use supplied example or archived data. Changing a view, filter or selection runs in your browser; it does not submit a customer workload or start an agent run.

The current public website does not set application cookies, store visitor profiles in browser storage, or embed advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics. Hosting and security infrastructure may use technical mechanisms needed to deliver or protect the site.

We do not use this website for cross-site behavioral advertising. The site does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. The current website has no cross-site advertising profile or advertising-sharing feature to switch off through a Global Privacy Control signal.

Following a link to another website, such as GitHub, a documentation site or a benchmark publisher, takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. Your email provider also processes messages sent through your email application.

We use inquiry information to respond, arrange discussions, evaluate requested pilots and maintain related business correspondence. Technical request information supports website delivery, reliability, security, abuse prevention and investigation.
