The terms, limitations and contact details below.

1. Scope and commercial agreements

STARGA, Inc. provides naestro.ai, its public documentation and browser demonstrations (the “Website”). These terms describe permitted use of the Website. By using it, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

NAESTRO is a proprietary commercial product of STARGA, Inc. Access to software, hosted services, trials, pilots or customer deployments is subject to the applicable license, order or separate agreement. Browsing the Website does not grant a software license, establish a paid service or create a service-level commitment. A separate agreement controls its subject matter if it conflicts with these Website terms.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the Website and use its public information to evaluate NAESTRO, subject to these terms and applicable law. Ordinary search indexing, accessibility tools and reasonable automated retrieval of public documentation are permitted, subject to published access controls and technical limits.

You must not gain unauthorized access, circumvent access controls, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate STARGA, or use the Website to infringe another person’s rights. Public availability does not authorize bulk commercial republication, resale or misuse of our trademarks.

3. Ownership and separate licenses

STARGA, Inc. or its licensors own the Website’s software, design, text, graphics and other protected materials. NAESTRO, MIND and related names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Except for permitted Website use or an express license, all rights are reserved.

Some linked repositories, specifications, dependencies or downloadable components may carry a separate license. That license governs the identified material. The availability of such material does not make the NAESTRO commercial product open source or grant rights to other proprietary components. Third-party names and marks do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

4. Product descriptions and benchmarks

The Website includes current capabilities, architectural direction and planned work. A diagram, roadmap item or description of an integration is not a promise that every feature, provider, device or deployment is available. The scope and delivery commitments for a purchase or pilot must be stated in its agreement.

Demonstrations may use fixed illustrative data. Benchmark results apply to the stated workload, configuration, date and evidence scope; historical or self-reported results are identified as such. Results from different runs are not automatically comparable and do not guarantee performance in your environment.

5. Inquiries and submitted information

You retain your rights in material you send us. You authorize us to handle an inquiry and its contents as reasonably necessary to respond and discuss the work you requested. Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property or grant a general license to train AI models on it.

Only send material you are authorized to share. An unsolicited message does not itself create a confidentiality agreement; arrange appropriate terms before sending confidential workloads or sensitive materials. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information connected with this Website is handled.

6. External resources and software

Links to third-party services are provided for context or convenience. Their terms and policies govern your use of them. If you access separately distributed software or an installer, its identified license and documentation govern that material. A software download alone does not authorize use of a paid service.

7. Website availability and limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We may correct, change or remove Website material. Express commitments in a separate commercial agreement remain governed by that agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, STARGA, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this Website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or any applicable mandatory consumer protection. These terms do not limit non-waivable rights or remedies.

8. Access, changes and applicable rights

We may restrict Website access where reasonably needed to address misuse, security, legal requirements or operational maintenance. Such action does not alter termination or access rights under a separate customer agreement.

Changes will be published with an updated date. Additional notice or agreement will be provided where required by law. Changes do not retroactively amend a signed agreement or waive accrued rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Applicable mandatory law governs rights that cannot be varied by these terms. Any choice of law, forum or dispute process in a separate commercial agreement applies according to that agreement. These Website terms do not impose arbitration or a class-action waiver.
